The Pure Norway products of cake and bread premixes are Halal certified by the The Islamic Cultural Centres in Copenhagen, Denmark.
A certification process was conducted during the end of 2008 at the production facility of Pure Norway’s strategy partner. The entire production process for the Pure Norway baking improvers, cake and bread premixes are examined. The Islamic Cultural Centres in Copenhagen, Denmark, confirmed and certified that our production do not contain alcohol, lard or any other ingredients of animal origin. Pure Norway sees this certification as a wise decision as we would like to do our best to meet the market demand, and taking consideration to consumers (Muslim and non-Muslim alike) that need extra guarantees on food safety and quality products.
